Replacement for large room needed

I’m looking for a replacement for my double room as I am moving away.
Initially rented unfurnished but I am happy to sell bed and mattress and a dressing table on agreement.
Rent with bills is £885 monthly, including WiFi and Tv licensing. Wardrobe space is available.
There is a small living room suited for 2 people.
A kitchen with all amenities.

The flat is tall ceiling, old build and gorgeous with a large balcony.
The current flatmate is a 27yo Nurse named Jen, she keeps very clean and relaxed.
An application form will require filling in, provided interest on the flat.

Looking for an easy going, kind and tidy replacement, respectful of shift work for lovely Jen.

The flat is located less than an hours walk away from city centre, 17minute cycle, it has private parking, bus station 2 minutes walk away.
There is a large Tesco superstore less than 15minute walk away and small shops close by.
This is a quiet area with friendly neighbours.
