House mate required to replace me for a well presented Double room (room 3, ground floor) in a 6 bed room house. Fully furnished- all bills included.

The house is located near the Science Park, just off Kings Hedges road. Easy to access bus stops in less than a minute. The C1 bus stop to the city centre is nearby (20 min), along with the Guided Bus stops. It is within easy reach of the new Cambridge North train station, that links to the rest of the county and beyond.

There is a generous living/dining room with sofa, dining table and TV. There are facilities on the ground floor as well as a bathroom servicing the first floor. There are two washer dryers in the kitchen along with oven and hob, fridges and freezers. The house has engineered wooden floors on both levels.

WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE:
Included in the rent, there is a monthly cleaning service fee. This means that apart from cleaning up after yourself in the communal areas, you don’t need to worry, as the cleaning is taken care of weekly. This fee is not optional.
