Double Room off Newmarket road

Super friendly house near the river, walking distance to town, retail park and gorgeous countryside!

Rent is £630 per month, and bills come to £100 per month. As the house is let under one joint contract, my flatmate currently organises the bills and rent for the whole house, so payments are very straightforward.

House has a garden and secure bike storage, huge kitchen and living room. The bathroom is massive, and there is another toilet downstairs.
The room has a small double bed but has plenty of space, with desk, wardrobe, and lots of storage.

You would be sharing with 3 lovely housemates, a couple and 1 other person. The house is super chilled out and peaceful, and has so much space!
