It has a balcony of its own, built-in walk-in wardrobe with mirror doors, queen sized ottoman bed with very good mattress, a lot of storage space. Large chest of drawers, and a desk with shelves, located on the 2nd floor(occupies the whole floor). £900/month for a single occupancy. Couples can also be considered, with an additional £400. This room is available from early September.

Female roommate preferred.

Kitchen, living room, cloakroom and garden are shared. Plenty off road parking at the adjacent street. Close to city and various amenities, postcode CB1 3EX. Viewings are welcome. Short stay acceptable, long stay preferred.
