The nearest bus stop is just a two-minute walk away, and a small Co-op shop is only about 30 seconds away for everyday essentials. It takes approximately 13 minutes by bicycle to reach Cambridge city centre and 10 minutes to Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) and the Grafton Centre.

The rent is £660 per month, including all bills and Wi-Fi. A professional cleaner comes every other week to clean the communal areas. The other tenants currently living in the house are two PhD students (one male and one female) and one female professional.
