We are looking for a clean and tidy person who would be expecting / wanting to stay on for a few months /longer term.
The rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax , fast Virgin internet, PLUS a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

Safe cycle path to Addenbrookes ( 20 mins cycle) and 12 mins cycle to the station, and close to the town centre via a beautiful cycle or walk all along the river.
Short easy 10 min drive to Addenbrookes avoiding town centre.

Easy access to A14 and Science park.
Science Park 10 mins drive also avoiding town centre traffic, on and off the motorway one stop.

Jack is 27, British, and works as a researcher in Data Science at the University. He enjoys running, sports, cooking and reading and occasionally a bit of gardening.

Dan is 27, is working in research at the University ( Physics), and enjoys hiking, running, film, music, crafts and cooking.

Both housemates are very friendly, clean, tidy and respectful.
Caring friendly owner landladies look after the house and any problems straight away, and always strive to find suitable and well matched tenants for a happy house share.
