Double room in art filled house.

This is a lovely double room overlooking the garden.

I will give a DISCOUNT for single occupancy.

I think I am friendly and run a relaxed home and I am looking for a communicative, friendly person/persons to share my home. I will respect your space and appreciate respect of others and the shared spaces in the house.

Up till now my lodgers have been in the 20's and 30's. Please don't be put off by my age. I can provide reference from a previous female lodger (of 3 years) if you so wish.

Cambridge is exceptionally well served for recycling our waste and I would welcome people who also take this to heart. Please check out the city website for details.

In the picture of the room I show the a Size bed. This has been replaced with a new divan bed with fitted drawers. Giving more liveable space

I can also provide towels and bedding on a regular basis.
A washing machine and a fridge is available too.

The communal parts of the house are cleaned regularly by a visiting cleaner. If you so wish for your room to be cleaned this can be done at a small cost.

Finally I might be able to provide the room before thethe date advertised. I'll leave that up to discussion.
