Friendly post-grad house looking for housemate

Hi,

I currently share a house with a few friends, and we are looking for another housemate in the near future.

There is a single room available from the 1st of January 2026.

We are PhD students, Erasmus students and young professionals, quite laid back, and would like to live with people who enjoy a sociable and relaxed environment and maybe cooking together sometimes.

Am happy to meet people for a cuppa or show people the house if you are interested. Happy to Skype if you are not in town and want to see the place.

Facilities include:
Parking, garden, BBQ, locked covered bike storage, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen and conservatory. Near to Aldi and Co-op so shopping is easy. End of cul-de-sac and backing onto a park so very peaceful.
There is a bus stop ~100m from the house, and it's within a 15 minute cycle of Cambridge North station and the West Cambridge site.

Pricing listed is for full time students, if you pay council tax you would need to sort that out individually, this is + ~£50 p. c. m. if you are not a full time student.
