The room has a double bed but is for single occupany only.

£900 pcm for shorter lets (5 months or less)

There is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk away that goes into the centre of Cambridge. A large Tesco supermarket, the local high street with shops, takeaways and pubs are all only a 10 minute walk away.
Addenbrookes Hospital, town, and station are all within a 10 -15 min cycle ride
Arm is 5 -7 mins ride

5 bedrooms upstairs with 2 shower rooms (with toilets). 
Downstairs there is a double lounge/diner (with large screen TV & Virgin cable) Double kitchen with 2 cookers (1 Gas, 1 Electric), 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, plenty of storage and breakfast bar.
