Central Cambridge large light bedsitting room

Central Cambridge : a large, light, warm, comfortable bedroom sitting room combined to let to a WOMAN. Occupying the whole top floor, with windows looking over the Common to the north and the town to the south there is good storage, a large desk, a comfortable single bed, armchair, microwave, kettle and hair drier. The bathroom is to be shared but it will be yours when you want it - I have had four lodgers with never any problems over use of the bathroom.

The 1840 house is 150m from Midsummer Common, 200m from the Grafton Centre and a 25 minute walk to the station. A very short walk to bus stops and the central bus station provides easy access to Addenbrookes, and the Science and Business parks. There is a walled garden with a pond. Poundland and Waitrose - and PureGym - are all just round the corner.

I am looking for a professional woman working in Cambridge all day who needs a quiet base in a very agreeable area close to the centre of town - John Lewis 12 minutes away! No home working.

The rent is £900pm with a deposit of £900.

A reduced rate of £650pm is available for a five night a week arrangement - and I would wash bed linen and towels so that you would not have to take them home to launder. Deposit £650.

All bills are included, including WiFi.

Please contact me if you would like to have more information.
