The room is for single occupancy and includes a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelf.

The house has a large kitchen with dining area, family bathroom, downstairs WC, and a beautiful garden. Resident parking is available nearby.

We are looking for a tidy, considerate and independent lodger who would enjoy living in a calm and friendly household. The room would particularly suit a PhD student, visiting academic, intern or young professional whose work or study is mainly based outside the home.

We are a creative household: I am a lecturer in Fine Art and my partner works at Trinity College’s Wren Library. We share our home with two friendly dogs, Alfie and Sonny. It’s a relaxed and welcoming house that suits someone who appreciates a peaceful, low-key home environment.

Our grown-up children live in London but occasionally come to stay.
