I see to all requirements or issues immediately, and as a result, rooms are rarely available in this house with tenants staying for several years and moving out due to location moves rather than being unhappy. I pride myself on this and am very responsive, respectful and responsible to anyone who takes a room. The house is run by myself and my family who live nearby.
