Are you looking for a quiet place to acclimatise yourself to Cambridge? I have a good sized, comfortable, furnished double room with private bathroom.
Short term stays are available whilst you look for a more permanent home.
NO COUPLES or Home Working- sorry
There is excellent wifi, central heating, a nice kitchen, and a courtyard garden. In the room there is a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and a desk and chair. I can provide linen if required.
My home is a short distance from all amenities and just 8 minutes walk to the station.
Low deposit
I'd prefer someone quiet and respectful, also it would be good if you liked cats as I have 2 😻
Unfortunately there is no parking space available but you can apply for a residents permit from the council
