- Within a few minutes walk of the town centre, bus station, Mill Road shops and restaurants, Parkside Pool & Midsummer Common. The train station is a 23 minute walk.

- Gas , water, electricity, council tax, internet, all included.
- We do not have a TV licence.

My wife and I are looking for a single professional or postgraduate student occupant ideally for six months. We would consider short term rental @ £230 per week.
