Weekday (Monday to Friday) only lodgers sought for 1 top floor newly decorated and furnished double room (£160 per week) and first floor single room (£125 per week) in 5 bed house with live-in landlady, 1 other lodger and small dog. Sunday evening arrival welcomed. Some personal items may be left over the weekend.
Would suit a contractor or person wanting to avoid a long commute but who has another home to return to at the weekends. No WFH please. Bed linen provided. Shared shower room next to top floor bedroom. Shared family bathroom next to single room. Bills are included. On street parking is restricted on weekdays between 9.30-3pm.
Shared kitchen - separate storage and fridge for lodgers. Lovely garden.
One son (23) is usually resident and other adult children visit very occasionally during the week. Very close to Science Park and City with secure bike storage.
