Description
Weekday (Monday to Friday) only lodgers sought for 2 newly decorated and furnished rooms in 5 bed house with live-in landlady and small dog. Sunday evening arrival welcomed. Some personal items may be left over the weekend.
Both rooms currently taken until Christmas but will be available from 4th January. Would suit a contractor or person wanting to avoid a long commute but who has another home to return to at the weekends. No WFH please. Single bed in Room 2 can be converted to a double. Bed linen provided. Bills are included.
One son (23) is usually resident and other adult children visit from time to time. Family bathroom shared by lodgers. Very close to Science Park and City, on street parking and secure bike storage.
Shared kitchen - separate storage and fridge for lodgers. Lovely garden.
