Description
A furnished quiet double room is available now in a friendly 4 bed house off Mill Road very close to the centre of Cambridge.
The room has a double bed, hanging closet, 2 chests of drawers, long mirror, desk, chair, fireplace. The room overlooks the back garden.
The house has an open plan kitchen-dining room, separate living room, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets, quiet back garden. There is good broadband and secure bike storage.
There are 3 other housemates, 1 female, early 20’s is doing a Masters, 1 male also early 20's is a visiting PhD student. I’m super old and work as a psychotherapist. We have a cat, who is friendly, especially when she's hungry.
We're looking for someone who contributes to the life of the household, including sharing cleaning tasks. We are friendly and occasionally go out for pizza or have a board game night.
Rent includes all bills.
We look forward to hearing from you.
