Double room in friendly, central house

A big double room is available on 11 September in a friendly, central house. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, easy chair, long mirror, desk and chair. The room has french doors opening onto the patio.

The house is in a great location in a quiet street off Mill Road, close to the train station and the very centre of town.

The house has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, separate living room, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets. There is a quiet back garden with apple trees. The house has very good broadband and secure bike storage.

There are 3 of us in the house: 1 female in her 20’s is working, another female is a student, I'm super old work as a psychotherapist. We also have a cat who is friendly, especially when she’s hungry.

We’re friendly and keep the house clean and tidy. We do our own thing but have organised the occasional games night.

Rent includes all bills.
