Short term let single room .
Located off Lensfield Road.

Available from 20th September for one month only. Bookings between two weeks and one month considered within this time slot rate £200 per week, £700 for the whole month (preferred.)

Live-in landlord plus one other lodger. All household facilities are shared. A considerate and respectful male guest who appreciates a quiet household in a nice neighborhood very near to town centre and Cambridge University sites would be a good fit.

Single occupancy. Bed linen and towels can be supplied if wanted. The room features hanging rails, chest of drawers, built in desk and chair, single bed, electricity sockets with usb & usb c charging functions.

NB there is no ensuite. Family bathroom newly refitted with shower, basin, toilet. There is a downstairs cloakroom too.

Kitchen fitted with oven, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, air fryer. Cutlery, crockery, utensils are provided. Individual cupboard allocated to store food but everything else is shared space. Please note this is self catering accommodation in all respects.

We have a shared living room, dining area, garden, storage space if needed can be made available.

Keys for bedroom and front door supplied. A deposit is required & full rent is always paid in advance.

£700 per month
£200 per week
£200 deposit

I will consider a Mon-Fri lodger. Rent to be negotiated.

Reminder I cannot offer accommodation beyond the end of one month due to existing commitments.

Visiting scholars and those on new department assignments looking for temporary lodgings are usual guests in the house. Most lodgers arrive though Cambridge University Accommodation Service.
