Description
Hello everyone,
I am letting out a large, double room in my only home, fully furnished and equipped, with all bills (including council tax, band D), from 8th April at 1700. This is room 2 on the photos. This room is also available from 22.12.24-08.01.25 for a short-term letting.
The second room is available from 31st May 2025 onwards. This is room 1 on the photos.
There's 350mb Virgin broadband. I am sorry I am not able to accept couples or dual occupancy.
My home is a great option for design-minded individuals seeking a unique place to live. I am looking for exceptional, super-clean, tidy and respectful people. I would like a guest who is not working from home, please.
I am a female, freelance, architect, born in Chile, whom grew up in the UK from the age of three. I studied at Cambridge and UCL. I speak English, Spanish and French. I will be working away aften in London and Bury St Edmunds over the next six months and coming home for around half the week.
I am also an experienced Superhost on Airbnb with over 11 years’ experience, 4.88 stars and have hosted guests from 39 nations!
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, open-plan, kitchen-living-dining room, utility room, bathroom, my study-bedroom and a lovely, sunny, courtyard garden. There are two, double bedrooms on the first floor.
Both double rooms have a full-width, wall of storage, black-out curtains, a desk, a chair, a lamp, a standard double, Japanese Muji bed and lovely bedside lights.
Mill Street is a typical, quaint, Cambridge street, with chimney pots, sash windows and bicycles. The house is a 19th century, Victorian, mid terrace, with open, light-filled spaces, high ceilings and original features.
It is a fantastic neighbourhood and according to a UK newspaper Mill Road is one of the coolest places to live in Britain. Described as having a vibrant array of independent shops and a strong community spirit. There are lots of great places to eat and drink on the doorstep and others are a short skip and a hop into the city centre.
Cambridge itself has everything to offer from punting to piano recitals, museums to markets, botanic gardens to bicycling.
I am looking forwards to hearing from you.
Thank you, gracias, merci,
Alejandra
