Riverside apartment a short walk into town

Large open plan apartment with balcony and lovely view to the river and meadows opposite. Ten minutes walk into town one way and five minutes walk into meadows the other way. Cycling distance to railway station and science park. Quiet residential area with some good pubs. Supermarket very close. Cambridge is a great city to live and work in. Bicycle is recommended for getting around. Room has good natural light and own bathroom. Nicely furnished. I mostly work from home but are often out in the evenings rowing or meeting friends. This apartment block is considered to be one of the nicest and best situated in Cambridge. Amongst other things I am writing a book and usually practice the piano for an hour a day but this is not necessarily in the evenings. I am quiet, relaxed and friendly and I hope my flatmate will be the same!
