We have a room to rent (single occupancy only). The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of draws.

The property has a bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen is also a good size, allowing all tenants to have their own ample storage space. There is a fan oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave and kettle.

The property is in a great location, the center of Cambridge is within cycling/walking distance and the nearest bus stop is at the end of the road. There are supermarkets close by.

The rent includes all bills (except £20 housekeeping organised by tenants) . While we can't offer off street parking the on road parking is residents only.
