We have only one large room available now.

The room comes with bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of draws.

The property is newly decorated and boasts a new kitchen and shower room.

The property has a two washrooms, one with bath and one a thermostatically controlled shower. Kitchen is also a good size, allowing all tenants to have their own ample storage space. There is a gas oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave and kettle. You will have your own allocated storage space There is a lovely, sunny garden.

The property is in a great location. The center of Cambridge is within cycling/walking distance. There are supermarkets close by. You will be sharing the kitchen/lounge area and bathroom with others, quiet and considerate tenants.

The rent is inclusive of all bills including fast wireless internet. While I can't offer off street parking the road is quite and you will always find a space close by (no charges).
