Lovely room with double bed in bright and sunny house in central Cambridge (Newnham) shared with 3 other friendly young professionals (3 females). We are ideally looking for another young (male or female) professional or an academic/PhD student/post-doc. Newnham was voted by the Times newspaper as the nicest place to live in England, and is about a 10 minute walk from King's College and the centre of town. The house is very close to Grantchester Meadows, and lots of nice local community shops. Utility bills, council tax, and high speed internet are all included. Pine wooden floors throughout the house, kitchen with a high performance washing machine, drier, and dishwasher. A nice garden with trees. The house has a communal dining area, a sitting room, study, and a large open plan kitchen with modern appliances. Available from 10 December 2024. Minimum 12 months stay and for individual letting only. A really pleasant and comfortable place to live. You will enjoy your stay here!
