The flat is located very centrally, only 2 minutes walking distance from train station; 3 minutes from coach bus station and city centre. Post code CB1 2DJ ( have a look on the map!) The house is in Tenison Road, in a quiet street off Mill road , the ' international' cool area of Cambridge (shops, markets, and cafes). You open the door and you will find all you need just outside! To share: Bathroom (shower/ bath), Kitchen (fully equipped, with washing machine, oven, etc), NO living room. Each room has space and dinner table/desk.
AVAILABLE from 1st September Long term rental only; 1 year minimum stay. £999/ month ;ALL bills included (Electricity, water, Wifii, utility service charge). NOT included: council tax included( Band C). please note council tax is FREE for students/ PhD and there are some other exceptions. Both king size rooms are on the ground floor, with your private entrance and there are plenty of space for clothes (large wardrobes), desk/dining table, chest of drawers, super king size comfy bed with new mattress, big mirrors, and it is VERY quiet. This double room is for 1 person only, serious full time professional or serious student. NO living room. Kitchen and bathroom to share with another Flatmate . No couple, Nonsmoker(s) please; no pets. No agencies. Second room will be available 1st October (£1k per month).
Short term rental less than an year may be considered (£1300/ month . Minimum 6 months, not less) to be paid in advance.
