Looking for a professional who is a non smoker, to rent 1 single room in my 3 bed static caravan. The room is fully furnished. Further storage can be provided on request in an insulated garden shed (would be shared). Shed was used as an office during lockdown and could be changed into office again if required. Caravan is fully furnished, kept warm in the winter with central gas heating (brand new boiler installed Aug 2024) with thermostat and thick carpets throughout. All mod cons (gas cooker/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine, fridge freezer, tumble drier, TV, dish washer, Starlink Internet (unlimited data) and all bills included in the monthly rent. Shared kitchen with cutlery and crockery, dining area/breakfast bar with extra kitchen storage, cosy living room with additional standalone gas heater to use in winter, bathroom with modern clean shower. Has all legal safety features including fire alarm, CM detector and extinguisher. Off road secure parking with CCTV and remote gated access. Set in a rural location just outside of Chatteris, 30 min drive from Ely. Must have own transport due to the location and get on with my loving but sometimes nervous medium sized dog.
Ideal for someone on a budget looking for a private, safe and clean place. It really feels like living in a small flat set in a countryside yet close enough to local amenities. There is a garden slab pavement now that leads to the caravan put down after the picture was taken. Possible working from home is negotiable. Mon-Fri considered at a reduced rate.
