We have 3 rooms in the annexe out of which:

En-Suite room available from 18th November 2024.
Communal area is cleaned once a week by cleaner, however tenants are expected to maintain the cleanliness snd empty bins regularly.

Wooden floors in all bedrooms and floor tiles in bathroom and kitchen for easy clean.

Main entrance opens to a corridor that has access to the bedrooms. and Kitchen and dining area, which then opens to the back garden. All rooms are large sized rooms and the charges advertised are for single occupancy.

Deep clean for personal room and bathroom available by professional cleaner for an extra charge.
