I am a 31 yo female professional who is planning to sublet the large room in my flat. It is larger of the two with possibility or furnishing it or leaving it unfurnished.

I am commuting for work and will mostly ( 28/31 days!) be away but this will remain my primary address.

There is a lovely living area and fully equipped kitchen that you can use. The toilet is shared ( for the whole 3 days! If that!) and has a shower in it. You will be responsible of keeping the common areas clean ( mostly also because you will be the only one using it majority of the time).

Most suitable for people who work in Cambridge and using this as a second place to stay but I welcome enquiries from all who thinks it will be a suitable flat for them.
Unfortunately No parties, No smoking No pets. I keep the place very clean and tidy so if this is not you please don't get in touch :)

Bills are usually around 380 for 2 hence the addition of 200.
