Short term room available

Comfortable double sunny room, landlady who is out a lot, available for short term rent, 9th November to 9th January at the latest. I am spending most of my time at a relative's house so not often sleeping in the flat but regularly dropping in to sort my stuff- think 2-3 times a week, usually in the evenings (generally between 8ish and 10ish) and occasionally daytime at weekends. I'll be renting the whole flat out from January - but the spare room is free and comfortable for someone who needs a short term place to stay. The minimum stay is 2 weeks but spareroom doesn't have an option for that.

Council tax is band C, but council tax is included.
