We have a double ensuite room available now in a friendly house-share in Cherry Hinton

Rent includes all bills, a weekly cleaner and a monthly gardening service.

Included in your rent are all bills, council tax, fast fibre WiFi, TV license, weekly cleaning of the common rooms and a monthly gardening service. So, you’ve got no costs other than your rent.

There are 6 rooms in the house, with a maximum occupancy of 6 tenants. You’d be sharing with a nice bunch. We preferably let to professionals, mostly in their twenties and thirties, who are good and considerate housemates. It is not a bedsit arrangement – there are no locks on doors or sinks in rooms. This is a nice, big, clean and friendly shared house where everyone gets on well.

All the rooms are furnished with a double bed (and desk if required). All rooms have built-in wardrobes.

Downstairs there’s a bright, large and modern living room. The kitchen has two big fridges/freezers, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are two shared bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, shared between 4 bedrooms.

A bit about you:
Please preferably send us a message if you’re a professional and are ready to move in the next few weeks for a minimum six months (preferably a year). The room is only available to singles. We can’t let to a couple as the maximum occupancy for the house is six. Please tell us as much as you can in your profile. Demand for this room will be high, so we’re unlikely to respond if this is left blank.

We're Ed and Vicky Sturdy, a married couple with nearly 18 years of experience in letting houses in Cambridge. Ed runs SturdyBuild, a building company, and Vicky is a baby photographer. Together, we manage several shared houses around the city. We don't use letting agents; you can always contact us directly about any issues.
