Description
Our tenants are looking for a female to fill our spacious single room available in a 4 bed houseshare in a quiet part of Cherry Hinton. Rent is £565/month all inclusive of all bills, superfast wifi and a cleaner every 2 weeks. It is available now
The bedroom is furnished with a single bed with a super comfy mattress, 3 door wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed is quite high and so has plenty of room for storage underneath.
The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equipped. There is a sitting room with sofa, dining table and access to the garden which is south facing with a shed for storing bikes.
This houseshare is well located for Addenbrookes by bike or local buses, Cherry Hinton village and Fulborne Tescos 5-10 minutes walk away.
This house share would suit a friendly, tidy, working professional. Please note we cannot take students and the room is for one person only, no couples or sharing.
Please message me with any questions or to arrange a viewing.
