We are looking for a female to fill our spacious double room available in a 4 bed female only houseshare in a quiet part of Cherry Hinton. The room is neutrally decorated on the ground floor with patio doors onto the garden. Rent is £550/month all inclusive of all bills, superfast wifi and a cleaner twice a month. It is available 22nd May.

The bedroom is furnished with double bed with 10 inch memory foam mattresses, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equiped. The house has a sunny garden and there is a shed for storing bikes.

This houseshare is well located for Marshalls and Addenbrookes. Cherry Hinton village and Fulborne Tescos are both 5-10 minutes walk away.
