Hello and welcome to Anglers Way! The house is a recently refurbished and extended property, everything is new! It is done to an exceptional standard and you will be hard-pressed to find anything as fine a quality as this in Cambridge.

It is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac, by the river (ideal for runs, walks in the meadows, and cycling into town along the cycle path) yet less than 10 minutes walk to Cambridge North train station.

It has five spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and lots of storage space in the kitchen and utility room. The room that will become available on 1st July 2025 is a smallish single room, furnished with a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. (room 3 on the video).

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan, and wonderfully light and spacious. They face the secluded south-facing garden which has a decking area and grass.

A cleaner comes into the property twice a month to clean communal areas. Tenants are expected to keep their own rooms clean.

All bills are included in the rent, including high speed internet connection to each room.

Current tenants are young professionals, and the house would suit similar. They have final say on who will live with them as they enjoy a fun, peaceful, community atmosphere, and are keen to keep it that way.

In addition to the 4 others who live in the house, there is also a friendly, quiet greyhound called Silver!
