Hey future housemate!!
We’re looking for someone to join our sociable but relaxed home on Milton Road (Chesterton side). We’d love to live with someone who’s friendly, clean, easy-going, and keen on creating a place that genuinely feels like home.
We’re not a party house, but we do enjoy catching up over dinner, having the occasional games night or crafty evening. Think warm vibes, open communication, and also respecting each other’s space.

💰 Price: £725 pcm for a double room with a private downstairs.
Bills not included (£100–130 pp, incl. council tax – Band D)

About the house:
🛏️ Bright, good-sized double room in a newly refurbished house
🌳 Small garden – perfect for morning coffees or BBQs
We also have a large shed/out-house that we use as an office / chill space
🚲 Secure bike storage + easy access to the city centre, Jesus Green, and the river

About us:
Erika (30) – Italian, loves staying active, proud plant mother, Disaronno enthusiast, Buddhist centre at 6, gig at 8 kind of energy. Fun, creative, loves singing, and basically lives at the lido in summer. Currently looking for a job after finishing her postdoc.

James (29) & Emily (27) – The loveliest couple to live with. They never miss a Saturday morning parkrun (and they’re pretty fast). Always experimenting with new recipes, they’ll happily teach you extravagant board games (yes, pigs may be involved). Outdoorsy, keen cyclists and runners, kind, and very easy to live with.
James is in the final year of his Engineering PhD, and Emily does research for a non-profit.
