Furnished room in Chesterton

Room for rent in a three-bedroom house share in Chesterton, with a large shared living room/dining room, pleasant garden and on-street parking. A 10 minute cycle from the city centre, 20 minute walk from Cambridge North Station, 5 minute walk to Tesco, 1 minute walk to a bus stop and 10 minute walk to the Cam Towpath. There is indoor storage for bicycles.

You would be sharing with two housemates, Helen and Zoe. We are often busy but when home like to share a meal or watch a movie. Both of us work full time and are often out and about over the weekend.

The room fits a double bed, chest of draws and a small wardrobe (comes furnished). The room is situated at the front of the house and so gets lots of light.

Monthly bills are about £100, including wifi, council tax, gas, water and electricity. The tenancy renews annually in October. We are happy to offer zoom or in-person viewings. Professionals or students are both welcomed as long as students are willing to contribute to council tax.
