Spear Room in a 3 Bed Flat Near Chesterton

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our sociable three-bedroom flat, just north of the River Cam.

I’m sadly leaving this lovely place so you will be living with victoria and erin who work in prosthetics and orthotics. Erin works in the office every day however victoria works from home most days and occasional spends nights away for work. Both enjoy running, socialising at the pub and watching tv together as a flat.

The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, which is great for having dinner, a few drinks together or socialising. There’s a shared bathroom, which you’d share with just one other person.
The room is small but cosy, there’s plenty of storage with a chest of drawers, a cupboard in the hallway and an attic.

We’re a friendly and sociable household who enjoy spending time together, heading to the pub, cooking together or watching tv together in the evening, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space and everyone has their own routines.

The flat is in a really convenient location, close to the Engineer’s House pub and the big Tesco on new market road, with the River Cam also just a short walk away.
Cambridge north and cambridge central station are both a 15-20 minute walk away

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who would like to be part of a sociable household rather than just sharing a flat.
