The house is in a quiet road 10 minutes walk from the Science Park and R & D sites on the Milton Road. The no. 2 bus goes to the City center and through to Addenbrooke's Hospital. The guided bus goes up to St Ives and Huntingdon. Also Cambridge North railway station is only 10 minutes walk away. We are
15 minutes cycle ride into Cambridge City center. There are grocery shops, take-aways and pubs all nearby.

The room has a large built-in wardrobe, extra hanging space, large and small chests of drawers, a full-length mirror and a desk.

The shared space includes the bathroom and large kitchen with all facilities and a dining area. There is also bike storage space outside.
