Comfortable, bright, furnished room near Science Park available in quiet road. The room would suit a professional female who is out working or lab-based researcher. Please note, this room is for a FEMALE ONLY. Must also be happy with and not allergic to cats. Sorry but no home working.
We are in Chesterton which is a great location. Nothing is very far away.
Its 10 minutes walk from the Science Park on Milton Road. The no. 2 bus goes to the City centre (or 10 minutes on a bike); Addenbrookes hospital and the Biomedical Centre is 4 miles away by bus, or via bike paths. The Guided Bus goes up to Histon and on to St Ives and Huntingdon.
Cambridge North railway station is also only
10 minutes walk. The easiest way to get around Cambridge is on a bike and the City Centre is a short ride away. However, there are grocery shops, take-aways and pubs all nearby.
The current household is one professional young female (30s) working in the City centre, and myself, the female house-owner. Sometimes we have meals together, but on the whole we 'do our own thing'.
The shared space includes the bathroom and large kitchen with all facilities, and a dining area. There is also bike storage space outside.

The room is available to a quiet, considerate, friendly, single, non-smoking female who doesn't mind a cat around.
