We have a single room to let in a family house (couple plus student son). The room has a new single bed and mattress and a wardrobe, desk and chair and shelves, plus TV. Can provide double bed if required.
Newly-fitted bathroom and shower.
Large kitchen diner with washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven.
Two friendly cats.
Located in Cottenham - a village north of Cambridge - handy for Science Park and proximity to A14.
Good amenities in village including sports facilities, pubs, cafes, etc.,
Regular bus service to Cambridge and close to Waterbeach and Cambridge North rail stations.
We are looking for a professional or student to rent the room, ideally Mon-Fri but happy for occupant to arrive on Sunday afternoon/evening each week.
