Single Room in a Large Home

** Females preferred please ** We have a single room in our family home for rent. The room is furnished but you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer.

The house is newly refurbished to a high standard throughout. We have one main bathroom and two toilets. A large south facing rear garden with large patio and ample parking and garage. Sky tv and wifi included in the rent.

We are 7 miles from the centre of cambridge a quick car or bike journey. Good transport links and great local amenities nearby.

After moving to this village I would never move back into the city. Definitely the best of both worlds.

We are a lively household in the day time but quiet of an evening when then children have gone to bed.

Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, clean and tidy and not too noisy. If this sounds like it might suit you please contact me.
