Small Double Room - Mon to Fri

Small double available to rent on a Mon to Fri basis only. Please message me with reasons why you want Mon to Fri only otherwise I will not respond.

It could also be available for just a month, 7 days a week at a cost of £600

The room is on the ground floor, next to the WC and kitchen, bathroom is on the first floor

I have one cat who prefers females or quiet males and is the boss of the house and you will need to like all animals.

We are a quiet house, I work M-F 9 to 5 and I have one lodger who is Mon to Fri, she is a dentist, is Polish and works in Downham Market. She has been with me for three and a half years.

The room is furnished with a bed, drawers, hanging space and a chair, I provide bed linen and plates, pots & pans etc but no television or TV point however its ok to bring your own lap top etc

If you are a smoker you can smoke in the garden.

It's a largish house and I let 2 rooms out to make a little money but equally as much to have some company, I am a really easy going house owner that just requests a little respect.

Not suitable for people working in Cambridge without a car, train line is excellent but 25/30 mins walk to the station
