All our rooms are serviced Double rooms & En-Suite. we are located on the outskirts of Emneth, a couple of minutes away from the A47, 2 miles from Wisbech, 9 from March and 10 from Kings Lynn. Peterborough & train station 18miles
The house is a 4-bedroom detached property with off road parking in a very quiet area ..
All our rooms all have their own En-suite bathrooms with a very large Power shower.
All our rooms have a large TV that have basic TV & Free View…
A large Livingroom which is fully furnished including 65"TV with Free view tv

There is a large Kitchen / Diner (that will be shared with up to 2 further residents)
laundry & Washing facilities with plenty of hanging space in the conservatory (heated)
which are all included in your rent along with Internet included.

Off road parking and CCTV fitted around the outside of the property.

THERE IS A NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE PROPERTY
We have 2 areas for smoking both of which are outside and are the only permitted areas to smoke are Front porch and back patio.

Please be respectful, clean and tidy especially in shared areas with other residents

A £600 refundable Deposit and References are required.
