There is a large Kitchen / diner (that will be shared with up to 2 further residents) laundry & Washing facilities with plenty of hanging space in the conservatory (heated)which are all included in your rent along with Internet included.

There are 2 areas for smoking both of which are outside and is the only permitted areas to smoke are Front porch and back patio ..
THERE IS A NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE PROPERTY
