You will have use of a 27'x16' kitchen/dining area, lounge, large garden & BBQ and spacious drive for parking. The house is a 10 mins walk into town, 15 min walk to the station and 5 min to Tescos. There is a gym and a very nice pub within a minutes walk!
Beautiful walks down to the River Ouse (and other pubs!) are just across the road.
Live in landlady. We are a clean and tidy easygoing household and have shared our home before.
