Decent sized double bedroom that shares a bathroom with one other room. Plenty of storage, desk, open wardrobe and double bed. Entire house has just been renovated. I live here and enjoy sharing the house with others. Currently it is me and Luke who is 23 and works in the management side of a horse racing charity and is originally from Shrewsbury. He's a very nice easy going guy and now a good friend. Our friend ester (22) has recently made the jump to move in with her partner, she's been a lovely housemate and now friend. We're sad to see her go but happy for her and hopefully we'll get a new member of the house who can fill her shoes. We'd like a female housemate as it brings a nice balance to the house, all males makes for a bit too much of a guy vibe i think. Always had a nice chill sociable vibe. Easy going guys looking for people who are fairly tidy, can have a laugh with and share some interests. Shared bathroom for the 2 rooms but I have my own en suite so its no more than 2 people sharing. Lounge, garden and kitchen are all quite spacious and layed out for socialising and relaxing. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. I have Netflix and prime on the main tv for everyone to share. Semi-detached property with a nice garden for relaxing in the summer. Also have a fortnightly cleaner. There is a cat a friend started feeding and now it seems to live here but don't worry she goes to the loo outside! Some good running routes round the village good pubs/restaurants, 3 train stations within a 5miles radius and a co op just down the road! Also the house has a large sauna and large plunge pool!
My girlfriend comes round from time to time so there are other females in the house. It is a very welcoming place to live and I try to maintain that when choosing someone to live with.
