A large double room is available in my well-presented two-bedroom home, located in a lovely, friendly village with everything you need close by. The village offers a great selection of local amenities, including shops, restaurants, traditional pubs, cafés, beauty salons, and other everyday conveniences, all within easy reach.

I am a live-in landlord, but I travel frequently for work and leisure, so you'll often have the house to yourself. This makes it an ideal home for someone looking for a peaceful, comfortable living environment with plenty of privacy.

The house is clean, spacious, and well maintained, with shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. I'm looking for a respectful, tidy, and reliable tenant who will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the home.
