Located in Girton, 2. 6 miles North from the city center. Local amenities are in a walking distance including convenient shop, supermarket, café and pubs. There’re two regular bus routes to the city centre, easy access to A14 and Science Park.
The house offers plenty of spaces to each of individuals. This room is sharing bathroom with one other housemate. The other two rooms both have own en-suits.
The communal areas include furnished living room, a spacious and fully fitted kitchen, utility room, cloak room, garden and ample parking.
Wifi is provided. Gas, electricity and water bills are also covered in the rent.
The house is suitable for non-smokers only and we are sorry that pets are not allowed.
