We welcome communal-minded people who would like to create a sense of community and are keen to meet others and eat together every so often. The property is a great mix of private and shared space. You would only share the bathroom with Tobi.

The property comprises three bedrooms with a large kitchen diner and separate generous lounge. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. This property also benefits from a large rear garden, driveway parking and on-street parking.

Any requests for pets need to be discussed with other housemates and the owner prior to confirming.

The room is single occupancy. The price shown is for sharing the house with 2 other people. There are currently 3 other people sharing the house - while this remains the case the rent is reduced to £750pcm. If the the number of other sharers reverts to 2 people, rent will return to £780pcm. There is the possibility to share the room with someone else subject to agreement with owner and sharers and if there is capacity within our occupancy license.
