We are looking for working professionals to share this house in a quiet area of Brampton, Huntingdon.

We have a large double en-suite (£650) available

High speed Broadband with WIFI throughout the house and additional internet sockets in the rooms .

BEDROOM
All rooms are fully furnished to a very high standard with ottoman storage beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table or shelf, desk and chair. All rooms have hard-wired Ethernet sockets, USB charging points and TV Aerial sockets.

WEEKLY CLEANER
We also provide a weekly cleaner that cleans communal areas and the off-suite bathroom, a window cleaner and gardener.

KITCHEN
Fantastic well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and double oven and electric hob, 2 fridge/freezers, combi-microwave and dishwasher. Leading to a fully furnished communal living area with a new flat screen TV with freeview.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available and are free to use.

Garden area with patio and washing line. Also a shed with secure locking for bicycles.

BATHROOMS
All are fully tiled with showers and automatic Envirovent extractor fans. 5 Rooms have an En-Suite and the 6th room has a none-shared off-suite bathroom used just for this room.

PARKING
Off street parking for several cars.

LOCATION
Located in a residential area a short distance from the centre, close to the hospital and rail station. There are several take-away outlets, cash points, shops etc. Supermarket is a short distance away.

Your rent includes ALL BILLS so you can keep to a budget.

The house is Council Tax Band C. The council tax is included in the all-inclusive bills.
