Comfortable room in 3 bed house share

This room has suddenly become available after 4.5 years and is warm, comfortable and next door to the shared bathroom.

We are looking for an uncomplicated, responsible, mature, over 30, professional MALE in fulltime work, with a fairly easygoing attitude to life in general. This is at the request of the 2 existing lodgers.

I am waiting for new carpets to be laid in this bedroom, landing, stairs and hallway on November 6th, but happy to show the room to anyone interested before that date.

The house is in a country lane close to the A1 for easy access north or south, east or west (A14) and is set in large grounds with off road parking.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, use of utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs loo and the sitting room faces south with patio doors opening on to the garden.

The shared rooms are cleaned weekly by my own cleaner. Arrangements can be made for your room to be cleaned at your own cost

The owners live on the other side of the house independently but welcome interaction.

Over a period of 24 years, most occupants have stayed very happily for a long time.

I am really sorry, but pets cannot be accepted.

Buckden is halfway between Huntingdon and St Neots.
