A double bedroom in a spacious detached house set in a large garden on the edge of a quiet Cambridgeshire village. The property is near Huntingdon and close to the A1/A14 junction giving quick access to all major routes. All bills are included in the rental.

The room and that of another lodger are accessed via their own staircase and benefit from sharing their own Jack n Jill bathroom. On the landing of this staircase, there is a convenient breakfast area consisting of a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave.

In the downstairs of the house and for shared use, there is a well-equipped modern kitchen/diner and a laundry room. There are two living rooms which can be used with mutual discussion. There is off-street parking and a large garden. Wi-Fi is available and Broadband speed is in the region of 65Mbps download. A well behaved cat lives in the communal areas of the house (not in the upstairs where this room is).

The house is near a village with a pub serving good food. Also within walking distance is the next village which has a licensed social club, another pub, a shop with a post office and a doctors’ surgery. Given the limited availability of public transport, A VEHICLE IS ESSENTIAL TO LIVE HERE.

While there is absolutely no smoking in the house – there is plenty of space outside to do so.
