I have a spacious double room available in a calm, friendly home in Godmanchester, ideally suited to a Monday–Friday lodger looking for a peaceful base during the working week.

The room is a large double and comes furnished with a desk, TV, built-in cupboard and wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage and space to settle in comfortably. It’s ideal for someone who wants a relaxed place to unwind or work during the week.

You’ll also have sole use of your own bathroom, which adds a great level of privacy and makes it feel more like your own space rather than a typical house share.

I’m a live-in landlord who works from home and prefers a quieter lifestyle. I’m fairly introverted, keep things calm, and this is definitely not a party house, no drinking or late nights here!

I live with my 10-year-old son, who is very mature, calm and well-behaved. We also have two very friendly sausage dogs and three cats, so this home would suit someone who genuinely enjoys being around animals 🐶🐱

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Godmanchester, with easy access to Huntingdon and great transport links for commuters.
