The house is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, peaceful home with plenty of space and privacy.

The room is bright, spacious and fully furnished with:

There is also enough space for a double bed if you would prefer to bring your own.

You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen, which includes:

* Fridge/freezer

All the essentials are provided, including pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

🏠 Living arrangement

I’ll be living elsewhere with my partner for most of the time (around 90%), so in practice you’ll have the house mostly to yourself.

I will occasionally stay at the property, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean and considerate and who would enjoy a quiet, relaxed home environment.

I would ideally prefer a female lodger.
